There is currently no online shop or payment facility on skymltd.com. This website cannot take payment, create an order or process a refund. We do not publish a return address or ask visitors to send goods through this site.
An existing purchase
If your enquiry relates to a purchase made through another channel, contact the seller using the details on your receipt, order confirmation or original agreement. Include the order reference and a description of the issue. Keep proof of purchase and proof of any return. Do not send full card details.
Consumer rights
Nothing on this website removes your statutory rights. For most UK distance purchases of goods, consumers can notify the seller of cancellation within 14 days after delivery and then have another 14 days to return the goods. Exceptions depend on what was purchased. Rights also apply where goods are faulty or not as described.
For the rules that apply to your purchase, consult the original transaction terms and current government guidance. This page does not introduce a separate voluntary returns period or promise a refund for a transaction we cannot identify.
